MVM mastering Vs 2 Step Lacquer

MVM has no compression and the grooves u could drive a tank through. So very loud records with a hot bass sound. But limited to 18 minutes. In comparisons to 2 Step Lacquer MVM has a higher surface noise (the sound of the record needle) but being such loud uncompressed records it is not as noticable. If u have quite piano playing u may hear it. but most records are loud rap or rock records. The other issue is this process is limited to 200 records.
